McCafe Coordinator

Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd is currently looking to recruit a McCafe Coordinator.

THE POSITION 

Based in Malta and reporting to the Operations Manager, the McCafé Coordinator supports Baristas in their training and development, implements policies and procedures and provides customers with information and recommendations on McCafé products. The role also involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, promoting coffee culture and supporting McCafé campaigns.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate will have an ‘O' level standard of education, with at least two years’ experience as a Barista in a restaurant or coffee environment.

• The successful candidate should showcase a genuine enthusiasm for coffee, possessing extensive knowledge of brewing techniques, coffee culture, and espresso making.

• Additionally, the candidate should be adept at providing effective coaching and training to the team in the art of coffee preparation. The selected candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, when committing to the role.
