Job Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and oversee the Project Management section, including Architects, Project Managers, and supporting staff;
Manage all project management operations to ensure timely implementation, budget control, and quality assurance;
Oversee contract management during project implementation with the support of the Procurement team;
Develop and maintain project specifications and estimates as part of the procurement process;
Ensure all project documentation and reporting are accurately maintained according to standard procedures;
Provide strategic guidance to the team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement;
Manage and resolve conflicts effectively while fostering teamwork and collaboration;
Coordinate with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to align project goals with the company’s strategic objectives;
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary;
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards;
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for the project management team.
Experience
MQF Level 6 or higher qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management;
Possession of a valid Cat. B driving license;
Holding a professional warrant would be considered an asset.
