Our client operates in the Health Services. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Contact Centre Manager.
The Role
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Contact Centre and meeting of KPIs'
- You will also do performance reviews and cost analysis
- Roastering staff
- Taking on calls and resolving issues
- Planning training sessions and in liaison with the HR department deliver them
- Be the direct contact person for the Call Centre with the Management Team
€28,000 to €32,000 / year
