UX/UI Designer

Under the responsibility of the CTO and partners, you will be responsible for creating commercial web applications.

Our customers operate websites in several verticals and you will work on all of them.

You will be responsible for updating the UI and UX for several clients. You'll also be in charge of new projects from start to finish.

Missions:

• Develop new functions and interfaces meeting our quality/security/process requirements
• Create detailed visual and UX designs supporting tactical efforts
• Be able to take over and rework existing interfaces
• Confidently facilitate idea generation with stakeholders
• Use Figma/Sketch/Zeplin
• Discuss integration with our dev team
• Be a constant advocate for collaboration as well as act as a bridge between design and engineering

Profile

• 3+ years of experience working on a web platform
• Passion for new tech and software development
• Strong, provable design skills, specifically around accessibility and interaction design
• Intuitive mind for good user experience
• Effective communication skills with other team members
• Experience building design systems
• Obsessive attention to pixel perfection
• Portfolio of past work showcasing your process
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools
• Understanding of technical requirements and aspects of modern apps
• Experience designing and shipping projects from start to finish
• Responsible, autonomous and rigorous
