Social Media Manager
- Oversee the station's social media and online presence.
- Regularly update and maintain the website, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Develop competition ideas in collaboration with the Head of Programming, Marketing Manager, and show producers, based on client requirements.
- Create or supervise the creation of artworks for competitions.
- Supervise department tasks completed by other team members, such as the editing videos for show segments, creating online content and articles, producing stories and social media posts.
- Provide support to the Marketing team during times of increased workload or absences, including collaborating with the team and writing articles as necessary.
- Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and mail.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of others to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Ensure all process and workflow documentation for the department, including login details, is kept up to date.
- Demonstrated experience in digital media, social media management, or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge of Gen Z preferences and behaviors.
- Highly creative with a knack for innovative thinking.
- Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English, in written and spoken forms, is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Relevant educational qualification.
- Candidates with previous experience in a leadership role will be given preference.
