Our client, a leading Group of companies, is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager to join teir growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the chosen candidate will:
Oversee daily operations of the marketing department to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate with marketing managers, executives, coordinators, and creative teams to align all efforts with overarching business goals.
Support the Head of Marketing in ensuring that marketing activities are cohesive and strategically aligned.
Collaborate with marketing managers and creative teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, brand strategies, and promotional activities, ensuring high-quality and innovative content.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure marketing materials are engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicate key messages.
Ensure all marketing campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and adhere to brand standards.
Assist marketing managers in strategic decision-making and prioritizing projects effectively.
Facilitate collaboration between marketing, creative teams, and other departments to drive seamless execution.
Review and approve marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and audience objectives.
Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that effectively engage target audiences and drive business growth.
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure marketing projects adhere to budget constraints while maintaining high-quality output and timely delivery.
Drive continuous improvement within the marketing department by refining processes, implementing new systems, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Requirements
Strong creative background with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to marketing campaigns
Ability to think strategically while also managing day-to-day operations and leading cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team
Project management capabilities to ensure a smooth operation and timely execution
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Experience with integrated marketing strategies and a keen understanding of consumer behaviour
Education and Experience
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a middle-management marketing role, with a focus on both creative and operational management
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, from ideation to execution
Proven project management capabilities to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on time
Experience in leading and motivating a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Degree in Communications, Visual Arts, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
Any specialist courses in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Design, Copywriting, Audiovisual, or Project Management, will be considered a plus
