The General Soft Drinks Co Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Purpose:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Marketing Department in support of the Company’s business strategy, to grow revenue, increase market share and contribute to Company growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Develop, together with the Marketing team, all the market campaigns in line with Company’s standards, policies, procedures, and budgets and propose to the Head of Sales & Marketing for evaluation and authorization.
Develop an annual detailed Marketing Communication Business Plan in line with the Company Marketing Business Plan and submit it to the Head of Sales & Marketing for approval.
Build and maintain relationships and a constant flow of communication with all departmental Managers to ensure maximum cooperation and team spirit.
Build and maintain relationships and a constant flow of communication with Franchise ORS to ensure that marketing plans are in line with Principles.
Assign and monitor project targets to the respective marketing team members, ensuring that these are achieved in an effective and timely manner in line with Company objectives, business plans, and budget allocations.
Ensure that the production and installation of all marketing, promotional, and advertising material is implemented on time as per the approved communication plan and activity grids.
Prepare a detailed marketing expenses budget in line with the annual Company Business Plan and present it to the Head of Sales & Marketing for approval.
Work closely with Finance to manage and control Match Marketing Funds (DME) in line with Brand owner requirements.
