Senior Graphic Designer

Our client in the Advertising industry in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team of designers and marketing specialists on a full-time basis. Working within the marketing industry, you will be working closely with various clients in various industries on various projects.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for:

• Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings, and illustrations;
• Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process;
• Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept;
• Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in;
• Monitoring the team results, efforts, and propose actions for the future; 
• Design & execute, from concept to completion, all e-commerce, digital, packaging, print & sales requirements; 
• Assisting the Creative and Art Directors in developing seasonal campaigns and shoots; 
• Ensuring the standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns; 
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects; 
• Developing layouts for home pages, categories, banners, email newsletters, and social media platforms; 
• Meeting project deadlines/milestones; 
• Leading conceptual and design thinking on website look and feel; 
• Supporting Head of Creative in all marketing campaigns; 
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met; 
• Revising content, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team; 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a graphic design-related field;
• Experience working in an Advertising Agency is considered an asset;
• Experience using graphic design and other relevant software;
• Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop and Flash;
• Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns.
