Senior Brand Manager

Our Client, one of the leading companies in Malta is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and overall business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager your responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands to meet sales and revenue goals.
• Manage brand budgets and resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing plans.
• Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. 
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines. 
• Generate reports and insights on marketing performance. 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs - Office Based

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management and at a management level
• Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English & Maltese
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
• Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
