Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the brand and maintain their competitive edge on a global scale.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the school's overarching vision and revenue objectives.
• Lead efforts to expand into international markets, participating in industry events, organizing familiarization trips, and conducting sales trips abroad to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Strategize and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across all channels in collaboration with the in-house marketing team.
• Supervise and enhance sales processes to ensure the sales team meets targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Foster transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a competitive product offering.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall business performance.

• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to travel.
• Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other key digital tools.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with a passion for the industry.

• Relevant educational qualification.
• Proven sales and marketing expertise within the education or hospitality sector.
