Our client, a well known marketing and consulting agency is looking for a Client Services and Marketing Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Oversee the brand and digital executives, ensuring effective team management
  • Present strategic and creative work clearly to senior channel marketing clients and other business areas
  • Direct day-to-day client portfolio activities, ensuring effective administration and control
  •  Develop strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, becoming a reliable partner
  •  Exceed client expectations at all levels and ensure satisfaction
  •  Help develop strategic plans and objectives for client campaigns to meet marketing KPIs
  •  Analyze client performance and adjust marketing strategies to achieve goals
  • : Use digital advertising knowledge to stay updated on trends and identify opportunities for clients
  • Motivate cross-disciplinary teams for timely, cost-efficient client delivery
  •  Adhere to procedures to provide high-quality service and exceptional customer care
  • Participate in implementing divisional and agency-wide strategies
  • Apply cost-containment strategies for client profitability and area growth
  •  Align operational strategies between creative and executive teams for outstanding service
  •  Offer leadership and direction for studio management and daily workflow
  •  Work with agency leadership to explore acquisition opportunities
  • : Create standard account management documents (e.g., contact reports, status updates, timelines)
  •  Develop media schedules and book advertising with media outlets
  •  Find and manage suppliers locally and abroad to meet client needs and complete projects
  •  Keep up with local media programming and advertising opportunities, making recommendations
  •  Demonstrate experience in event planning and execution
Requirements
  • Ideally minimum 3 years’ experience in Advertising or Marketing industry
  • Experience with Marketing Campaigning
  • Self-discipline and organized
  • Dealing with complexity, analysing information, and accustomed to deliver within deadline
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent is preferred
