Our client who specializes in the Technical industry is looking for a Sales Leader . While leading a team of two, your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and target customers
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
  • Generate leads through networking and outreach
  • Engage with clients to build relationships and close deals
  • Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales team members
  • Provide training and feedback to enhance team performance
  • Work closely with the service delivery team for seamless project execution
  • Use CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions
  • Focus on long-term client relationships and retention
  • Manage key accounts and resolve client issues promptly
  • Lead by example, motivate the team and embody company values
  • Continuously seek innovative sales tactics to stay ahead of market trends

Requirements
  • A can do mind-set that loves a challenge and obsesses about revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in daily operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role is a must
