Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and target customers
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
Generate leads through networking and outreach
Engage with clients to build relationships and close deals
Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements
Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales team members
Provide training and feedback to enhance team performance
Work closely with the service delivery team for seamless project execution
Use CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions
Focus on long-term client relationships and retention
Manage key accounts and resolve client issues promptly
Lead by example, motivate the team and embody company values

Requirements
