Good Earth Distributors Ltd is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales Representative to strengthen our catering sales team on a full-time basis. If you thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a passion for driving growth, this is your opportunity to shine!
Your role:
As our Catering Sales Representative, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the HORECA sector.
- Promote our range of premium brands and offer tailored promotional solutions.
- Consistently meet sales targets by identifying business growth opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth ordering process with timely follow-ups on deliveries.
- Negotiate and manage client contract requirements with professionalism.
- Guarantee timely payment collections according to contract terms.
- Provide valuable market insights to management on trends and competitive activity.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Maltese is a plus.
- Clean driving license required.
- Warm, friendly, and focused on creating positive client experiences.
- Creative, hands-on approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ideally with outdoor sales experience; HORECA sector experience is a plus.
