3. Coordinate and participate in sales activities such as site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase our hotel's facilities and services
4. Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, and promotional materials
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
6. Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, within the hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
