- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate and participate in sales activities such as site visits, client meetings, and presentations to showcase our hotel's facilities and services
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, and promotional materials
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, within the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
