Pet Nutritional Consultant

Maria Dolores Borg (B. Sansone) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Pet Nutritional Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Farmina is a pet nutrition company that apart from producing high quality dog and cat food, offers a pet nutritional consultancy service. As a nutritional consultant, your main job will be assisting pet parents with queries about their dogs & cats, creating nutrition plans specifically tailored to their pets and following up on the status of the pets.

Other activities include merchandising, in-store promotions and giving training about our products.

Training on the activities that you are expected to carry out will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising at stores
• Carrying out in-store promotions
• Generating leads
• Contacting customers to follow up on their pets
• Provide training to pet shop owners and other individuals
• Organising your own schedule
• Filling out a short report about the outcome of each activity
• Follow training courses online provided by the brand.

Requirements

• Self-organised and capable of maintaining own schedule
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communications skills, both in Maltese and English. Basic communication in Italian is a plus
• Possess a driving licence
• Flexible working hours, including some weekends
• Comfortable using Excel and similar applications.
