Operations and Events Manager

Our client is looking for an Operations and Events Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Lead the planning and execution of events, from concept to completion
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
•  Oversee the selection and coordination of event venues, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations during events.
• Oversee the overall operations of departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and equipment for events.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the events team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

• Excellent communication skills in English & Maltese
• Proven experience in sales, event planning, and operations management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
