Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading financial services provider and as they are growing they would like to engage a Marketing Manager to join their well established team

The Role 

• Act as Deputy Head of Marketing
• You will develop the Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plans in line with business needs and goals
• Act as the primary contact for all the company's business heads to ensure that that product development is in line with business needs and with consumer habits
• Lead a medium sized team of marketeers
• Spearhead ongoing marketing campaigns targeting various platforms and channels
• Analysing all data metrics and taking corrective action where necessary
• Ensuring that market developments and competition is well analysed and improvements done where necessary

• Preferably have a degree in Marketing, Business Development & Or Communications
• Have a proven experience in leading a Marketing Department both strategically and Operationally
• Have proven experience in handling stakeholder expectations
• Having CRM handling experience will be considered as a strong asset
