Hugo’s Group is actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Marketing Leader with a proven track record in the hospitality and entertainment industry. As the Marketing Manager Excellence, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies, fostering strategic partnerships, and overseeing the development of the Group's brand identity. From comprehensive analysis to impactful execution, you will play a pivotal role in steering the marketing and business development functions to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of marketing, consumer, and social trends, providing insightful recommendations for consumer marketing, business development, and brand enhancement through structured analysis
  • Serve as the Group's ambassador, representing it with local and international press, clients, business leaders, stakeholders, and partners
  • Build internal and extended capacity for delivering the Group’s conventional and digital media marketing operations in both B2B and B2C channels
  • Evaluate brands, sub-brands, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies through a structured methodology
  • Develop an annual integrated marketing plan aimed at realizing the Group’s marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Create a framework for strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel partner networks to expand the outreach of the Group’s suite of services
  • Implement ongoing tracking and performance programs, ensuring all initiatives, events, and advertisements are backed by a solid ROI
  • Oversee PR and creative agency support, forming partnership relationships that add value and are cost-effective
  • Develop and oversee the Corporate Social Responsibility program of the Group
  • Establish an organizational structure for efficiently delivering the marketing strategy and integrated marketing plan across all channels and platforms
  • Take full responsibility for content development, generation, and publication functions in collaboration with the C-Suite and senior management team
  • Guide, define, and implement the company’s marketing strategy across all products and segments.
  • Manage public, community, and stakeholder relationship activities and responsibilities
  • Lead the evolution of the Group’s main and sub-brands across all customer touch points and media delivery channels
  • Develop B2B capacity and execution structures through integrated frameworks with major hospitality and entertainment-intensive business domains
  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, products, sales, and marketing activities, recommending appropriate reaction measures
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly budget forecasting and reporting, as well as marketing reviews and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree with a specialization in Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience working in consumer marketing and brand management, with a focus on marketing expansion
  • Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development of direct reports 
  • Proven track record of practical hands-on experience in researching, developing and bringing a product from research stage to market
  • Previous experience in initiating innovative marketing solutions for competitive advantage and generating an increase in revenue
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and successful public relations efforts
  • Experience in developing both online and offline marketing plans and successful in developing a strategic vision
  • Demonstrated analytical mind and entrepreneurial abilities 
  • Able to demonstrate self-development through time and financial commitment
  • Previous experience setting up and creating business metrics and tracking improvements
  • Able to demonstrate innovation and creativity by challenging conventional wisdom
  • Proven track record in fostering teamwork, building morale and improving staff motivation.
