Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute campaigns and events.
• Track, analyse and report the success of those campaigns and events.
• Create online and offline marketing content.
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results.
• Manage and deliver marketing-related duties required by the Management. 

Job Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Maltese. 
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. 
• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms used in digital marketing. 
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Knowledge of design-related programmes would be considered a big asset.
