Marketing Coordinator

Our client in the Real Estate industry is looking to onboard a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the Marketing lead, this person will:

• Oversee and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok;
• Develop engaging mobile-first content to feed social media channels;
• Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. Lead the creative ideation process and content execution;
• Generate monthly performance reports based on pre-designed templates;
• Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns;
• Respond to comments and customer queries across all social platforms promptly, ensuring a positive interaction with the brand;
• Collaborate on innovative employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer;
• Assist in organizing and executing the Group’s annual events;
• Stay updated on local and global market trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and competitive;
• Maintain and update the Group’s Google Business profile to ensure accurate and current information;
• Support the overall upkeep of the brand across various online and offline channels;
• Liaise with internal departments and offices to maintain brand consistency and alignment across the network;
• Manage the company blog on WordPress, performing keyword research, generating titles, and overseeing backlinking strategies;
• Conduct regular usability tests on the website’s interface and experience. Provide actionable suggestions for improvements based on the findings.

• A strong creative mindset
• A good understanding of customers digital journey throughout different channels
• Must be located in Malta
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications would be deemed an asset
• Excellent English both verbal and written
