A new role as a Marketing & Projects Coordinator is now available, Reporting to the Marketing & Engagement Manager and the Education Officer your responsibilities will include:
Liaise with the technical, marketing, finance representatives, and other stakeholders to identify the needs relating to the event or project and to attain its objectives;
Research, identify and approach potential event attendees as required;
Draft content such as for external communication, website changes and social media;
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate deals prior to closing any contracts;
Research market, identify opportunities and generate interest;
Administer and host virtual information sessions, webinars, and/or meetings;
Administer databases and manage data;
Track a marketing & media plan and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the plan is being followed;
Handle incoming calls and other communication channels related to the events or projects;
Prepare feedback forms, collect, and analyse post-event feedback;
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders, both internal and external;
Compile and analyse reports as needed;
Performing general administration duties;
Handling any other ad hoc day-to-day duties as directed.
