Marketing Coordinator

A new role as a Marketing & Projects Coordinator is now available,  Reporting to the Marketing & Engagement Manager and the Education Officer your responsibilities will include: 

• Liaise with the technical, marketing, finance representatives, and other stakeholders to identify the needs relating to the event or project and to attain its objectives;
• Research, identify and approach potential event attendees as required;
• Draft content such as for external communication, website changes and social media;
• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate deals prior to closing any contracts;
• Research market, identify opportunities and generate interest;
• Administer and host virtual information sessions, webinars, and/or meetings;
• Administer databases and manage data;
• Track a marketing & media plan and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the plan is being followed;
• Handle incoming calls and other communication channels related to the events or projects;
• Prepare feedback forms, collect, and analyse post-event feedback;
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders, both internal and external;
• Compile and analyse reports as needed;
• Performing general administration duties;
• Handling any other ad hoc day-to-day duties as directed.
