HR and Marketing Intern (Unpaid Internship)

Broadwing Ltd. is an award-winning Recruitment Agency based in Malta.

• Assist the recruitment team by reviewing and screening candidate CVs;
• Maintain and update candidate records across various recruitment platforms and internal systems;
• Support the creation and upkeep of job advertisements across multiple job boards;
• Work closely with recruiters to match candidates to job vacancies based on skills, experience, and client needs;
• Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries via social media channels, including Meta platforms;
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in gathering insights to improve content and candidate outreach;
• Conduct basic market research to support marketing campaigns and HR initiatives;
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance processes, candidate experience, and team efficiency;
• Answer incoming office calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field;
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic social media platforms.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail when managing candidate data and tasks;
• A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and suggest improvements;
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude;
• Capable of working independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
