Our team supports homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors through some of the most important decisions in their building or renovation journey. We are now seeking a professional and customer‑focused Full‑Time Sales Executive to join our growing showroom team.
Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for guiding clients through our extensive product ranges, preparing quotations, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience from first contact to final selection. This role requires strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and a genuine interest in interiors and home‑finishing solutions
Key Responsibilites
- Welcome clients to the showroom and deliver a warm, professional first impression
- Assist customers in exploring bathroom suites, tiles, mixers, shower cubicles, vanities, and related products
- Provide accurate product information and guide clients toward suitable design and technical solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients throughout the decision‑making process
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and ensure displays are well‑organised
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Uphold B&M Supplies’ long‑standing reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Enjoys interacting with clients and supporting their purchasing decisions
- Has a polished and presentable appearance
- Is willing to learn about premium bathroom and tile products
- Demonstrates reliability, maturity, and strong organisational skills
- Has an interest in interiors, design, or home finishing
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset, but not essential
Working Hours
This is a full‑time position based on the following structured weekly schedule:
- Four full working days: 10:00 – 19:00
- Saturday morning: 09:00 – 13:00
This schedule provides one full weekday off each week, ensuring a balanced and predictable routine.
