Italian/Swedish Sales Team Leader

Located in Malta, our client has been a leading provider in finance, currency trading, online trading, and customer relations since 2012. With a team of around 200 employees, they pride themselves on innovation, growth, and creating a dynamic work environment. They are currently seeking a positive, creative, and results-driven Sales Team Leader fluent in Swedish to join their energetic Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Listen to sales calls and provide guidance to help team members close deals.
• Open support tickets as needed and resolve issues efficiently.
• Review daily reports and performance metrics, setting daily targets for sellers.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members and address any disciplinary matters.
• Provide daily feedback to the Shift Manager on individual performance.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
• Inspire and maintain high motivation within the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish (spoken).
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Previous experience in sales leadership or management is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
