Head of Sales & Marketing

Powerhouse Audiovisuals & Events is seeking a highly motivated and talented Head of Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team in Malta. As the Head of Sales & Marketing you will play a vital role in managing & strengthening our Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage the S&M Function.
• Own & Manage Brand.
• Generate Leads.
• Account Management.
• Create + Execute Sales Plan.
• Sell (incl. quoting & service packaging).

• A higher degree of cooperativeness is essential in collaborating with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Being assertive when necessary will help in managing tasks effectively.
• Ability to know how to qualify and choose the best opportunities.
• Ability to remain involved with prospects, and also adapt to client exigencies.
• The events industry can be fast-paced and challenging. Having a higher degree of patience and stress tolerance will enable you to handle unexpected situations calmly and make the right decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and manage a team are key to success in this role.
• Collaboration and teamwork are highly valued at Powerhouse.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing Sector - Selling small/medium projects in a technical field.
• Experience leading a small team

Relevant certifications or qualifications in Sales & Marketing or related fields will be advantageous.

Other Requirements:

Sales Meetings can be scheduled in weekends or after office hours. Flexibility to adjust personal schedules accordingly is essential.
