Head of Marketing & Communications

Our client is a leading provider of financial services in Malta.  As they are growing, they would like to engage a Head of Marketing & Communications

The Role

• You will be responsible for Marketing, Communications and CSR
• You will manage a small team
• You will develop and implement marketing strategy, brand and communications
• Develop the yearly Marketing Plans & Budgets
• Take care of all Marketing Campaigns & PR activities
• You will be the main contact person for Marketing Agencies
• Develop digital marketing channels of communications
• You will manage content related to products and other departments within the company
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders 

• Have good leadership skills
• Have experience in Marketing and Communications function
• Have experience in dealing with Senior Management
• Have excellent verbal, formal written communication and social skills

• Preferably have a degree in Marketing &/or Communications
• Have excellent knowledge of Excel
