PTL Limited is seeking to engage a Head of Marketing who will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing strategic marketing and communications initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and contribute to business growth.
Working closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Marketing will shape marketing strategies for sustainable growth.
The Position:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Marketing will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to strengthen the brand’s positioning, support business development, nurture client relationships and establish the company as a market leader in the IT solutions industry.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires strong leadership, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives whilst leveraging AI tools in today’s digital landscape. The role calls for a proactive thinker with a passion for driving results and nurturing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a Master’s Degree being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the IT solutions industry, is required. The selected candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, along with strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
