We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels. 

The marketing team is responsible for all tasks in the areas of communication, digital marketing, e-commerce, print and advertising media and brand development.

Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: 

• are responsible for ordering all relevant print products, in direct cooperation with the hotels and workspaces
• help optimizing the guest journey in the hotels through on-site communication measures
• are contact person for the communication of our online hotel store regarding orders, coordination of inquiries and brand awareness
• support the development and production of advertising materials, give-aways and printed materials
• take on marketing projects, such as creating templates, postcards and invitations for events and other departments
• are in direct and close contact with the marketing team, the whole company and our external partners such as advertising agencies and other service providers
• actively communicate within our marketing team and with other departments

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• at least 2 years experience in a similar role and working with lifestyle brands
• professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management/business studies/marketing/communication or similar would be a nice to have
• very good experience in working with external service providers 
• a high level of creative sensitivity and confidence (text & images) 
• very good understanding of brand marketing, excellent production skills and good know-how of order processes
• a warm and friendly personality, enthusiasm for the brand and are able to transfer this to others
• a process-oriented mindset and a team-oriented approach to work
• a high degree of commitment and willingness to work as well as a hands-on mentality
• good MS-Office skills and basic knowledge of design programs
• an excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in German would be a plus
