Role Description:

This is a full-time job role as Marketing General Manager at Marketing Park Limited located in Ta' Xbiex, with flexible working hours. The Marketing General Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing team, developing and monitoring marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams. The Marketing General Manager will also be responsible for managing the budget and ensuring marketing goals are met.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in the Marketing Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
• Digital Marketing, Brand Development, and Marketing Research skills
• Experience in leading and managing a marketing team
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with budget management and meeting marketing goals
• Basic knowledge of front-end software languages
• SEO, AMP, SEO tools and Google products
• Knowledge of the work of Meta ADS
• Candidates who are familiar with the Turkish market and market dynamics will be given priority
• Productive and has innovation skills
• Estimate project and advertising budgets, create and control strategies and plans by the budget 
• Following up and analyzing market trends.
