Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator . Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Accurately and promptly process all customer orders.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Department to discuss items to be ordered and generate necessary sales orders.
  • Verify correct prices, discounts, and product numbers on customer orders, resolving any queries with customers.
  • Send order confirmations to customers, aiming to exceed customer expectations with every delivery.
  • Submit orders to suppliers and follow up for timely deliveries.
  • Regularly update the system and all relevant parties on the status of open orders.
  • Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries.
  • Work with the Finance department on payment issues affecting shipments.
  • Coordinate with the Technical department for the implementation of technical services related to incoming shipments.
  • Arrange delivery appointments with customers.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide services that meet customer needs within cost and time constraints.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and address any complaints.
  • Comply with NSO requirements for incoming shipments.
  • Keep scanning and filing up to date in coordination with the team.

  • Experience in order processing and invoicing NSO reporting
  • Good communication skills in both English and Maltese
Education and Experience
  • Previous experience in purchasing Department will be considered an asset
