A new role as a CRM Manager - Loyalty is now available, in this role you will take ownership of the overall CRM, loyalty, and referral strategy across offline and online channels. You will be overseeing communication and engagement with customers at every touch point. Reporting to the Head of Digital, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing a CRM strategy that will increase retention and reactivation across categories. 
  • Working with AARRR Sales Metrics (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral  - Revenue) and run cohort analysis of customer segments and personalizing messaging.
  • Take ownership of the company’s privilege Reward program and increase NPS and value through better offerings whilst driving loyalty share to the business. 
  • Increasing customer enrolment through comprehensive CRM Campaigns 
  • Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies so as to ensure maximum profitability. 
  • Ensuring that the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities whilst overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS  and email. 
  • Delivering and reporting of multi-channel CRM campaigns and programmes  against set KPIs, budgets and timings.
