The Brand Manager will be accountable for consumer and market trends-driven opportunity identification and development of marketing strategies and programs to drive profitable volume growth for the Beer brands.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for developing and implementing brand strategy and key initiatives to ensure profitable growth of volume and revenue.
  • Accountable to deliver, together with HOM and sales, brand annual and monthly targeted volumes, NSR, gross margin and NC for assigned brands.
  • Accountable for planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  • Accountable for creating and managing the annual activity calendar to establish and maintain product branding and achieve targeted volume, revenue and margin growth.
  • Shared responsibility with other team members to exchange best practices, and support development and implementation of processes and projects for the benefit of the brand, department, and the company.

Requirements

  • 3 year of experience in a similar role
