Pharma.MT Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Brand Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. The right candidate will be representing Essence & Catrice – a leading Cosmetics brand in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Develop campaigns and execute marketing strategies to ensure the growth of the brand;
- Proactively look for opportunities to recruit new clients and build further the distribution Daily Sales of cosmetics and responsible for merchandising of shelves;
- Monitor competitor activity and market research.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: B.Com or Marketing Degree or equivalent;
- Highly motivated and passionate about the brand;
- Good understanding of the cosmetics/skincare industry and trends;
- Excellent negotiation skills and understanding the business model and values;
- Strong background in social/digital marketing, business communication;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and outgoing personality;
- Professional and Smart Appearance;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects;
- Strong interpersonal skills and offering exceptional customer service on all customer related queries;
- Valid driving license.
*Full Product Training will be provided and an attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
