Audio-Visual (AV) Rigger.

On Behalf of our Client, UHR is seeking to recruit an Audio-Visual (AV) Rigger.

About the role:

The AV Rigger works in a fast and versatile environment, providing safe and efficient installation, setup, and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for events. Collaborating with different teams, they contribute to bringing quality events to life.

Role requirements:

Set up, operating and dismantling of different types of events (including conferences);

Communicating effectively with Event Coordinators in the run-up to and during implementation of events;

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio-visual equipment promptly during events;

Operating vehicles and equipment in safe and efficient ways according to Health & Safety regulations;

Adhering to and maintaining safety protocols;

Perform other duties as required from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven previous experience as an Audio-Visual Rigger in events and conferences;
• Technical Knowledge of a variety of audio-visual systems;
• Organised with an eye for detail and able to work with minimum supervision;
• Excellent communications skills and a good team player;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
• Have a flexible approach to working hours sometimes sociable hours (nights, evenings, public holidays)
• Must be in possession of a clean driving license, preferably in possession of C or C1 driving license;
