Machine Operator

De La Tour Enterprises in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for an individual to operate and maintain machinery in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary
• Document production data and report any issues to the Director
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to communicate well in English (spoken and written).
