Laundry Machine Operator

Schembri & Aloisio Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Laundry Machine Operator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
At Snowhite Laundry we are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laundry Machine Operators.
As a Laundry Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely processing of laundry items.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that strives for excellence in customer service and quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, such as washers and dryers
• Inspect laundry items for stains, tears, and other damages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on a shift basis from Monday to Saturday
• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy laundry items.
