Senior Legal Counsel (German Speaking)

Our client, within the gaming industry, is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel (German Speaking). Reporting to the Director of Legal, the chosen candidate will be responsible for: 

• Drafting and reviewing of legal documentation 
• Managing external legal counsel, which includes the monitoring of legal spend
• Updating customer terms and conditions,
• Assisting in the submission of the new German license application, working closely with the compliance department
• Maintaining policies and procedures and ensuring they are kept up to date 
• Assisting in creating legal template documentation to aid business needs
• Delivering ad-hoc legal training sessions to the company to gain a deeper understand of the company's internal operations
• Providing support for both internal and external audit projects, ensuring completion in a timely manner
