Senior Legal Counsel

Kyrrex in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a proactive hands-on individual who will be able to join our growing team as Senior Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including user agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts
• Manage legal disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as necessary
• Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights, and potential patents
• Review marketing materials and promotional campaigns to ensure they comply with advertising regulations and avoid misleading statements.

Requirements:

• Law graduate with at least five years of experience in a similar role
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience, knowledge, or exposure in areas within the web3 and crypto industries
• Can work autonomously, possess good time management
• Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Fluency in the English language.
