Legal & Compliance Coordinator

You’ll manage contract tools, drive process automation, and handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and streamline contract lifecycle management tools, ensuring seamless automation of contract processes from creation to renewal
• Support legal and compliance teams by optimizing workflows for contract drafting, approval, and storage
• Manage and securely archive confidential business documents using specialized tools
• Ensure efficient sharing of documents both internally and externally, maintaining security and timely access for stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of key reports, including due diligence documentation and regulatory filings
• Take minutes in meetings and track action items to ensure effective follow-up
• Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project inputs
• Maintain and organize internal records, ensuring compliance with corporate filings and regulatory standards
• Provide general administrative support to the legal and compliance teams, including scheduling meetings and managing document flow.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education

• High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is preferred

Experience & Skills

• Experience with digital management tools and automation platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tools, processes, and regulatory changes
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
