Paralegal

A reputable law firm, is seeking to recruit a Paralegal to join their team of professional Lawyers: 

Responsbilities:

• Assisting the lawyers within the litigation department 
• Drafting of legal documentation 
• Handling calls with clients and ensuring all files are in order and up to date 
• Arranging appointments whilst also organising the calendar 
• Assistance with court registrations 

• Good commaned of Maltese and English both verbal and written
• Hard working with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure

• A Level Standard of Education in Maltese and English
