Our highly reputable client within the banking industry is looking for a Legal Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting with company secretarial duties
- Handling minute taking of board and committee meetings
- Handling pending legal cases
- Reviewing the terms and conditions and other agreements related to the bank's products
- Liaising with external legal firms and Regulatory Authorities when needed
- Supporting the Data Protection Officer on legal matters
- Handling the day to day
- A minimum of 2 years of local working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Maltese
- Locally Warranted Lawyer
- Hybrid and flexible working
- Life and health insurance
