Our highly reputable client within the banking industry is looking for a Legal Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with company secretarial duties 
  • Handling minute taking of board and committee meetings 
  • Handling pending legal cases 
  • Reviewing the terms and conditions and other agreements related to the bank's products 
  • Liaising with external legal firms and Regulatory Authorities when needed
  • Supporting the Data Protection Officer on legal matters
  • Handling the day to day 
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of local working experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Maltese
Education & Experience
  • Locally Warranted Lawyer
