Legal Counsel and DPO

Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel and DPO to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the CEO and management team with legal topics 
• Advising on a range of commercial matters included technology, employment, internal and external contracts
• Be the main point of contact for the company in terms all legal matters including Data Protection and Privacy 
• Draft agreements, contracts and NDAs when required
• Research and assist with policies and procedures 
• Support the company when required 

• At least 3 years of local experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in Data Protection
• A strong understanding of Maltese and European Laws
• Proactive and self starter individual

• In possession of a Law Degree
