Corporate and M&A Lawyer

Our client, a leading law firm in Malta is looking to recruit Corporate and M&A Lawyers at both an Associate and a Senior Associate Level.

Main responsibilities :

• Assisting with the formation, registration, and continuation of companies relocating to or from Malta.
• Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and joint venture arrangements.
• Providing guidance on directors' duties, corporate governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, and regulatory approvals.
• Supporting clients in the issuance of equity and debt securities on regulated markets, as well as handling secondary offerings.
• Advising on corporate insolvency, restructuring, and related recovery strategies.
• Handling general corporate and commercial law matters, ensuring clients meet their legal and regulatory obligations.

• 2 Years experience working in a similar role
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese

• Possess a Law degree and warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta
