Corporate Advisory Lawyer

Our client a Law Firm is looking for a Corporate Advisory Lawyer to join the team 

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, licensing, and partnership agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on a variety of commercial matters, ensuring that business decisions are made with a full understanding of legal implications.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with business operations and transactions. Develop strategies to mitigate potential legal issues.
• Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to commercial activities, data protection, and intellectual property.
• Assist in resolving commercial disputes, including negotiating settlements and managing litigation or arbitration processes when necessary.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment.
• In-depth understanding of commercial law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
