Senior Manager

A key client of ours, specialising in the Insurance sector, is urgently seeking a Senior Manager to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Overall day-to-day management of the Company’s business operations
• Dealing with Commercial insurance business as well as the administration of claims
• Overseeing and improving business processes
• Liaising with the Executive team in order to assist with the implementation of business strategies and plans
• Preparing management reports for the Executive Team
• Assisting the General Manager and HR with the recruitment process
• Overseeing training for employees
• Ensuring employees follow all company policies and procedures and work productively and develop professionally
