Risk Officer

Join us as a Risk Officer, working closely with the Head of Compliance & Risk Insurance. Be a key player in maintaining up-to-date and accurate risk registers, ensuring compliance with Solvency II, and identifying and assessing risks related to Motor and Breakdown Insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain risk registers for each company.
• Ensure compliance with Solvency II Pillar 2 requirements.
• Identify, monitor, and assess risks in Motor and Breakdown Insurance.
• Calculate scenario impacts and minimize overall risk.
• Monitor 2nd level controls and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to Risk Management Committee and Solvency 2 presentations.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of ORSA.
• Input and monitor Company's Risk Appetite.
• Support the Company's Annual Director’s Risk Workshop.
• Stay updated on regulatory and supervisory changes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Actuarial/statistical experience is a plus.
• Background in insurance and/or risk studies.
• Organized and motivated personality.
• Dynamic with a 'make it happen' attitude.
• Fluent in English, additional European language (French) is a plus.
