Risk Officer

Stellantis Insurance Manager Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Risk Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Join us as a Risk Officer, working closely with the Head of Compliance & Risk Insurance.
Be a key player in maintaining up-to-date and accurate risk registers, ensuring compliance with Solvency II, and identifying and assessing risks related to Motor and Breakdown Insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain risk registers for each company
• Ensure compliance with Solvency II Pillar 2 requirements
• Identify, monitor, and assess risks in Motor and Breakdown Insurance
• Calculate scenario impacts and minimize overall risk
• Monitor 2nd-level controls and provide recommendations
• Contribute to Risk Management Committee and Solvency 2 presentations
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of ORSA
• Input and monitor the Company's Risk Appetite
• Support the Company's Annual Director’s Risk Workshop
• Stay updated on regulatory and supervisory changes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Actuarial/statistical experience is a plus
• Background in insurance and/or risk studies
• Organized and motivated personality
• Dynamic with a 'make it happen' attitude
• Fluent in English, additional European language (French) is a plus.
