Join the Employee Benefits (EB) team to manage group health, life, and pension schemes while delivering excellent client service. This role focuses on policy management, securing competitive quotes, and building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with group health, life, and pension policies.
• Handle policy renewals, updates, and issuance.
• Obtain competitive quotes from insurers to match client needs.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and insurers.
• Process policy updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Manage data entry in internal and insurer systems.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.

• 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market to ensure client needs are competitively met.

• in process of attaining their Dip. CII or B.Com.(Hons) in Insurance or an MA (Insurance) will be given preference.
