Personal Insurance Claims Associate
Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Personal Insurance Claims Associate to join their team.
Main responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for clients during the claims process
- Assist in processing personal insurance claims accurately
- Collect and verify documentation to support claims
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless claim processing
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
- Previous experience in an Insurance role will be considered an asset
- An A level standard of Education
- Summer working hours
