Personal Insurance Claims Associate

Our client within the Insurance Industry is looking to recruit a Personal Insurance Claims Associate to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

• Act as the primary contact for clients during the claims process
• Assist in processing personal insurance claims accurately
• Collect and verify documentation to support claims
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless claim processing

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Previous experience in an Insurance role will be considered an asset

• An A level standard of Education
