Non-Motor Claims Handler

An international insurance company with a growing local presence is seeking a Non-Motor Claims Handler to join their team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop alongside the business as it expands both locally and internationally. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver all specific objectives as assigned upon appointment.
•  Effectively handle all claims which are part of the job holder’s file allocation in accordanceith group SLAs.
•  Gather and process information, as directed, to support the effective assessment of more complex cases.
• Handle a portfolio of recovery files.
• Adhere to the company's Insurance Complaint Management process.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Senior Management or the Core team.

• Candidates must hold an insurance background
• Candidates must be customer centric

• Candidates must hold 1-2 years of experience within insurance
